Flyer
YEAR: 2008
Ordered by Keith Adams in 2006, this 24-month project was built for use out of Urania Island, on Lake Muskoka. It was based off the iconic Ditchburn 31' launch design that has become a staple of the Muskoka region.
LENGTH: 31'
Encapsulated Plank on white oak rib construction provides the benefits of having a boat constructed in the traditional Muskoka fashion, while totally
eliminating the hardship of keeping a traditional boat afloat. "Flyer" is powered with a 'Straight 8' Chrysler Engine which provides both reliability and the look and sound of a period engine.

'Flyer' is not short on details. From the profiled coaming boards, to the Breen Indian bow ornament, to the period cloth wiring installation, to the curved profile on engine hatches, & the covered mother-in-law cockpit. Recently, she has been purchased by Peter Mueller of Lake Forest, Illinois, for use on Geneva Lake, Wisconsin.
