Ollag

"Ollag" is a 1923 26.5' Matheson long-deck launch, which is powered by her original Scripps F4 engine producing 65hp. John Matheson was a well-known small builder based out of Port Carling who only built one launch per year along with dozens of row-boats. Only 12 such launches were built and Ollag was among the last. He was famous for not using power tools, choosing to totally make them by hand. The hull was first restored in 1978 along with the engine, and had subsequent refinishings in 1999,2006, and most recently in 2023. A true "show-boat", she has received many coveted awards including "Boat of Show" in 1979, and 2001, as well as "People's Choice" in 2006. Her original carved dash, polished brass hardware, "no soak" encapsulated bottom, practical seating for 6-7 people, and stunning lines make her one of the best values on the market. In less than 4 weeks, Breen Boats moved this boat. SOLD
