YEAR: 1952

Charles Zimmerman and Greg Hogarth grew up best friends cottaging in the Muskoka region. Charles's family boat was a Greavette Streamliner. The two have fond memories of many summers in and around this boat. Often referred to as a 'cigar boat', the name is a play on that and Greg's nickname, Hogie.

LENGTH: 22'

In 2009, Greg was able to purchase this actual boat. A 22' Greavette Streamliner, with a walk-thru design around the engine compartment. Based on reputation alone, Greg brought the boat to Breen for a complete restoration and new bottom.

BUILDER: GREAVETTE BOATWORKS

Over 18 months, 'Sthogie', as she has now become known, transformed from tired, old, worn out cottage boat to showboat. The unique curved gunwhale design was almost exclusively used by Greavette. Now sporting a 'Encapsulated Plank' Breen bottom, with minimal maintenance, this boat will last the Hogarth family for generations to come.
