"Tenawa" was custom ordered by Tony Melman in 2000. It is a scaled-down version of the iconic "Rainbow III" hull design that was a cotter-pin shy of winning the 1923 Gold Cup. At 24', Tenawa is powered with a balanced, blue-printed, & powder-coated V-8.
Built in a '2-seater' configuration, this boat has a covered forward cockpit for luggage and additional crew. Accented with oak trim on dark stain, 'Tenawa' is a visual masterpiece. This boat has lots of shape and curves no matter which angle it is seen from.
She features a solid-cast cutwater, signature Breen Indian bow ornament, vernier aircraft throttle, & outboard rudder assembly. Recently, Tim Mullins of Echo Camp, on Raquette Lake,NY, has become her second owner. After almost 20 years of turning heads in Muskoka, 'Tenawa' will now take her talents to the Adirondacks.
